Content on this site describes curated expeditions and private journeys offered by TROPICO. Pricing ranges and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. A journey is confirmed only after mutual written agreement, deposit terms, and any required waivers or medical disclosures.

Adventure travel involves inherent risk. Guests are responsible for assessing their fitness, obtaining recommended immunizations and insurance, and following guide instructions in the field.

Certain itineraries are inquire-only because of permit caps, capacity limits, seasonal closures, community consent, or applicable travel regulations. These are not bookable and carry no published price where publishing one would misrepresent availability. TROPICO may decline a request that is not a safe, lawful, or appropriate fit.

Third-party costs that move — national park and reserve fees, public environmental taxes, and domestic airfares — are passed through at the rate in force and shown as separate lines. Where TROPICO cancels because a park closes, a permit falls through, or community consent is withdrawn, you are refunded for everything not already committed on your behalf.

Season windows, altitudes, permit rules, and capacity caps published on this site are checked against park authorities, monitoring agencies, and operators, and are stated as at the date below. Several are set annually by third parties and can change without notice; we verify current status before confirming dates.

No sighting of any species, summit, or weather outcome is guaranteed on any itinerary, including those where conditions are reliably favourable.
